The small group that doesn't know
I enter the dance with what I know
what I don't know
what I think I know
what I think I don't know
what I pretend not to know
what I pretend to know.

Tout ce que j'ai à dire c'est dans la danse que je le dis.

Pour moi, nous [le groupe] avons partagé une danse aujourd'hui.

Where is the dance…? We're doing this thing in the studio, yes.
But is this the dance or is it something [somewhere] else?

Atelier Laetitia –mise en corps par les doigts, les mains et leur articulation et danse
Les doigts filent sur la peau The fingers speed on the skin
en recherche de territoire in search of territory
où poser l'équilibre where to settle the equilibrium
de la prochaine balance of the next balance
Finesse des extrémités Thinness of the extremities
Sensible au devenir Sensitive to the becoming
du verbe en contact of the verb in contact
dont ils sont l'alphabet of which they are the alphabet
Avec la delicatesse de l'extrème With the delicacy of the extreme
Le mot du toucher trouve sa justesse The word of the touch finds its rightness
Et dans l'attention à cette parole And in the attention to this parole
Le corps entier écrit l'émotion The whole body writes the emotion

First session
There was no rule no leader, so this time has been quite talkative and messy. It is ended naturally, when one of us start to take a big paper's sheet and write down some reflexions. He has slowly be joined by the rest of the group. Then we made three improvisations with from 2 to 4 people, during which the idea was to pick some elements of the first dance that had marked us.
Then we shared for the last 20 minutes what we experienced during this first impro's session, and begun to build the structure of the next days.
